Please hurry up if you have to apply for Japanese Visa to come to Japan. The most efficient way is to use this web site and fill in all the necessary information. The form is also used as pre-registration, and columns for this are not necessarily filled at the time of invitation letter request. Please do not forget to send us your photo electronically upto 100 KB.

If we receive all the necessary information, it will take just a day or two for us to send you invitation letter draft for confirmation by e-mail, and we will mail out after your confirmation or after 3-5 days if no reply.
